 hmbutlerThanks so much for the comments and vote, hmbutler Yes. it's raining with strong wind. I love the shot because rain add some emotive feeling to the building but I'm no expierience how to get the best shot of rain and how to PP it. Maybe someday I should be able to do it better.

| Is it raining in this shot? Or is that just the grain? It's kind of depressing, while still being beautiful, which may not have been what you were going for, but that's what I get from it. Good shot |
