 Used a regular ceiling light, with a napkin over it to diffuse it. Used another napkin below the watch to bounce some light on it. Had 68mm of extension rings attached at 200mm. USM, reduced blue hue, cloned out one hot pixel in lower left, slight desat, topaz spicify at 50% opacity. SFW.
