interesting composition.
Shallower depth of field would have helped you.

| Great intense capture with lots of bright, vibrant colors. I like the wet - you can't tell if it is currently raining, tho the umbrella indicates it might be - how it adds reflection to the tracks. |

Great setting, and that color really pops.
It's too bad (in my mind) that the sky and top of the umbrella are blown out. |

| I like the colors, do wish it was toned down just a bit. Seems quite bright on my monitor (and it is calibrated). I do like the center composition.....the images works well how it is composed. |

kind of a weird subject, mixing a subject that shys from industrial society and one that defines industry.

I alone must walk the inner path.
The tracks to enlightment
lay before me as I meditate in the rain.
It is my train of thought
that carries me forward.
I love the little slice of life you present here that captures a different culture and place. The train tracks can be a symbol for the path traveled in a spiritual trek to enlightenment. I wonder what thoughts travel through this monk's mind as he travels along the train tracks. |

| I can only tell you my own taste, and frankly I think I would have liked this better in black and white, the colors in this image are just way too saturated for my personal taste. It´s a nice shot other than that! |
