 The single light source is one small desk lamp in my otherwise unlit spare room (hence the massively high ISO!) This looks very much like one of my outtakes for the Toy Story challenge, I think people who saw those outtakes may suspect this wasn't taken within the challenge dates because of that; however, I simply replicated one of those shots within the legal time limit for this challenge, since I liked the image so much. I did remove the doll's dress in the hopes that people will realise it was taken at a different time. Hopefully I won't be voted down by those who think I may be cheating!

Edit: Rotated a teeny bit, cropped, adjusted brightness/contrast using levels, desaturated the colour, cloned out a small harsh light spot on the doll's head, denoised, resized and sharpened.
