 Scratch Lottery tickets are bought in the HOPE that they will be worth a lot. Personally I think throwing money out of your car while driving has much the same effect ... it's just a waste.

My first DPC submission; I hope I do okay. The camera was set up on the little tripod and I used the self-timer.
