 Photographed the skeleton wearing the hat,, where it sits on a balcony over the entrance to a bar down the street from me. Overlaid it with a faded image of myself shot in a bathroom mirror, trying to get just the eyes/glasses, some of the nose, and a hint of the beard, without completely obscuring the skull.

-Handheld, manual mode
-FL 436mm (35mm EQ)
-Scaled/rotated the second image to fit
-Graduated mask to wipe out most of overlay
-Some dodging/burning to even out lighting on skull
-Separate RGB Curves to BG and overlay images
-Resize
-Crop from right
-USM at 88%/0.8 dia/TH = 5 (applied twice)
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 8/10 = 263KB
