 I imagined this the moment I saw the title of the challenge, and was very excited to be able to get something I was happy with. I basically just set my camera on a little piece of wood, and had a strobe/umbrella set up camera left at about 45 degrees. I'm not entirely certain it even went off for this shot.

I brought up the exposure a tad in Lightroom, and increased contrast, sharpness, and clarity.

And Semper Fi, to you, I guess I had some stiff competition, but I didn't expect to be at the dregs of the barrel either. Oh well! You win, and you lose, and in my case you mostly lose, but maybe that will change soon haha.

I was disappointed when I saw the focus point, too. I didn't have a chance to get back out and spend the time setting this one up again. Not that there was much to it. Oh well, gotta try harder next time!
