    Biography: I am a Pediatrician and Forensic expert by education, a PHP programmer by profession, co-author of a book and a smattering of technical articles, taken up photography again as a stress buster

    I am hungry for comments on any of my photographs that you may be pleased to offer. I am pretty thick skinned so don't worry about my feelings. However, a comment of "Wow, cool shot!", while pleasing, isn't really a useful comment for increasing my skill; neither is "Man, that sucks," with no further explanation.

    If you clicked to my profile because you think I just slammed you in comments, please, accept my apologies! I meant it to be constructive criticism, an opinion of how I percieved your photograph and definitely not denigration.

    Lastly if you have just stumbled here and feel that the voters on this site have been harsh on you.... Here are some words of consoling wisdom

    "Persons of high self-esteem are not driven to make themselves superior to others; they do not seek to prove their value by measuring themselves against a comparative standard. Their joy is being who they are, not in being better than someone else."
