    Biography: Welcome to my portfolio :) All of the work displayed here is my own original artwork which I print through DPC Prints. I'm an Australian artist driven to create positive emotion in the world through happy and colorful art which inspires the imagination!

    I live in Newcastle, Australia, with my husband Rori and our two cats. As the only child of artistic parents I was encouraged to play with art from a young age. Like most kids I loved to draw... as well as catch frogs, ride horses and look for treasure buried in my back yard :)

    I create because I'm driven to, I can't imagine living any other way. The purpose of my art is simple - to create beauty and positive emotion in the world. I love to use bright, happy colors and to create scenes which make people smile.

    My inspiration comes from a variety of sources - children's stories; fantasy books, games and movies; anime and manga; an interesting pose or portrait; or something straight out of my imagination. My focus is always on creating images that are joyful, peaceful, and good for the soul.
