    Biography: I am a late bloomer, I only started actually taking photographs this year. I've always been a snapshot type person, never thinking about the artistry or composure seriously.
    What made me change? I have been watching my sister and dad take beautiful images for years and had thought it was out of my realm of possibility to be able to "compete" with them. I have followed my dad around, he calls me his assistant, making suggestions as to lighting or composure, especially when he is working on set up shots. Now I realize the importance of putting myself into MY images, not trying to mimic other photographers, but really looking at everything through my own eyes.
    The world looks different now that I have a new perspective, and DPchallenge has especially changed the way I look at things. I find myself looking at everything with new eyes, and wondering what the final image will be if I take a picture right this second.
