Love this, excellent idea to flip the photo. Border is distracting to me.

Fantastic idea. I think that the inner read boarder does spoil it and should have been left out, or put just inside the black boarder. Might have paid to use some claps/rope (something) to raise the upside down glass off the table, to give it an impression of almost coming down over the top of the base.

The choice of border is just like the one in the Dallas picture in the "Postcard" challenge. Very unique setup. - 10

This picture shows that you put a lot of effort into th challenge. You have everything right, focus, original composition, and color mix. The end result is a little on the confusing side which I feel was part of your intention. Quality work. 10

Creative image. I really like the abstractness of the photo and the patterns used with color as well as with the object.

Extremely well done. Amazing how you envisioned this and made it happen. I love seeing the glass behind through the stem. Perfectly executed. I hope you don't get dq'd for the border though. I'm hoping the same for mine. Excellent.

I'm not a big fan of borders...this one takes away from a great shot in my opinion. My guess is you did a few from further back (showing the whole glass)...I think I'd like that better. Either way - very nice shot, and great lighting.

hmm curious about the border and the rules and such -- but i love this shot and the red border you added (its in a great spot regardless of the rules), good shot!
