lovely image indeed. it's amazing how the weather can mute all colours - i have quite a few that are full colour, yet black and white.

Color?? That is very cool. Natural desaturation at its best. I like the just visible tree trunks. Beautiful job as usual.

One of my tens. I had to come back to see it, I mean SEE it. Fantastic bear, and way underrated.

center composition make the reflection all the more impactful -- one of my ribbon picks this challenge (sad commentary on the voters that you felt compelled to add "actual full-color image to your title -- it would work either way imho)

This is a pretty landscape. No need to write "Actual Full-Color Image" in the title. 8

Great job of using the fog to your advantage!

I have seen this, not the same place, but the same look and feel, fog off water, trees lost, a little rock in the distance, hardly any colour anywhere. A person could just sit there and dream. It's a very peaceful image, the balanced, centred horizon increases that feeling. A natural light on white. Beautiful! ~9

I don't like it when DPC'ers think they have to put an explanation in a title. I wouldn't score this any higher or lower knowing that this is the 'Actual Full-Color Image', but am tempted to vote down due to your pointing out my ignorance...

Nice picture. Not so good title, was it necessary to explain?

I find the 50/50 split a bit distracting but great image nonetheless

I really like this - especially how you can still see the reflection through the fog. Great job!

Nice job on a natural setting. I think this is much harder with a natural setting than in a studio. 8

This location looks VERY familiar. :D Could be another lake I guess, but it looks like an image I commented on some time ago last year. I like this as an entry in this challenge. Hopefully the majority of viewers will think the greyscale trees are "light" enough. My only complaint is the title. The last bit about full-color; really didn't need that in there. JMO of course. :D Good luck in the challenge.

I really enjoy this image! It's a wonderful sketch! The light perfectly conveys the fridged air and mood of a foggy morning. But please, please, please(!) find a way to trust your image and refrain from turning your title into a comment!
