 Found this spot outside of the Virginia Beach Aquarium. There was actually someone taking shots with a real nice setup and camera a bit further up and I was watching him work. I wanted to ask if he was a DPCer but decided not to because his lens was better than mine. Lol. I went further down to the end and started shooting. Took about 5 shots and got what I liked. Thought it would look enchanting with a bit of the Gaussian blur. I really wish I could have had this shot in the Rhythm Challenge because I loved the pattern and colors. I am sure there will be many beautiful shots with just blur added to them to look soft, so I don't expect to score high. I just really liked how this turned out and hope others enjoy also.

The soft focus works well for me here - but it's the tones that really make the image (IMHO). The soft pinks and greens establish the mood that the composition supports. Good work.

Lovely! Love the feel and editing that you've done. Nicely done! Reminds me of a Dr. Achoo shot in the Rhythm III challenge in July of this year...only soft focused. Loved that one too.
