An Exclusive Open Challenge using the Basic Editing III rules.

Description
Make an image that uses an exposure time of 30 seconds or longer. EXIF data will be used to validate exposure times.

Let's try this again.. not meeting the challenge is grounds for DQ; your EXIF data MUST show an exposure of 30 seconds or more.
