If this photo could have been composed. A a better angle of shooting from the left side and focusing on the man pulling the cart facing with a little more road behind him. Looks like the focus grabed the cart and left the subject slighty out of focus.

This is actually a very good shot, with a very good title. That said, the technical aspects are a bit weak: the focus isn't quite right, there seems to be a bit of camera-shake, and a weak fill-flash might have helped bring the subject out. Nevertheless, it's a good picture. I'd like to give it a "6.5," but shall have to settle for a...oh, what the hell: "7" it is.

I would have scored this higher if it weren't so dark (I can't see any detail). Also it looks a bit blurry to me. I'm not going to attempt to give you suggestions as I wouldn't exactly know how to change it myself! :P

nice sunset shot, but this doesn't really hit it for me. the technical concept of backlighting requires there to be a subject, and here, there is none. a simple lifeguard stand probably could have caught the light nicely...
