This might have been a little monotonous without the blue lettering so I like having that in the shot. Possibly a little tighter crop on the right side just to the edge of the freezer (or whatever it is) would improve it a little.

your exposure, contrast, sharpness, etc all look very good. i'm not sure if there is a benefit to leaving in the small amount of background on the right, but there is definitely lots of texture

Different and unusual a good treatment of the challenge subject. The right side could have been cropped without impacting the image at all. A little more color and better focus control would also have helped.

The end result is very busy with this. The light is tricky. I probably would have photographed the whole sign, with the other arrows going in other directions as well, rather than cropping off parts of many sighs
