Not a bad shot but I donĂ¢€™t see the bokeh effect, the blur background should have a circular pattern to it.

In my opinion, too much and too harsh a light. It looks like it was lit by the flash which was too close to the subject. Maybe try natural light or a separate light source off to the side and at a lower angle.
