One challenging thing about street photography is sometimes showing a relationship between two seemingly separate things or parallels. This appears as just an everyday common scene that would typically not hold a viewer's attention for long, but you do have two things within this photo that could capture your audience's eye. They just need to be framed to better to show the relationship between them. First off moving closer and to your right would have allowed you to zoom up on the woman refueling her car. Then the picture would not have the trash can in the frame and that beam to the left. That would then allow you to have the woman refueling her car fill 50% of the composition. The other 50% would show the graveyard beyond. Cars can symbolize freedom to travel life's roads. She is living life by refueling and will continue on to do whatever things to do that day, but for others the road of life has come to an end( as seen in that graveyard). The message could be enjoy each moment of life as it comes for the road will eventually end. A closer crop/framing of those main elements (the woman refueling and the gravesite across the street) you could title it several different ways to get your audience to see the relationship you want them to see: Rest Stop, A Pause in the Road of Life, The Road Ahead, Journeys, etc.

If this focused more on the machine, with blurring out the background, I would expect this to have more a stock feel. Right now, it doesn't seem sellable in stock.
