too tough to dieby zeuszenComment by hihosilver: I know I've read this image in a book...Hmmmmm.
Ah yes! Now I remember...that book about Hobbit Feet and where those feet may travel...;-)
"It's a dangerous business, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to."
Forgive me. My little feet of curiosity are wandering around your portfolio tonight.
I'll try not to leave any messy footprints...;-) |

Delivering Opinionsby zeuszenComment by hihosilver: Hmmmm...this one makes me wonder...is there ever an image that unfolds the unwritten (as opposed to the customarily rewritten) or an opinion delivered about the same?
This image appears to me as shape shifting. A talent I'd like to acquire...;-) |

Jigby zeuszenComment by hihosilver: I love blue herons. The processing of his wings creates a rather remarkable design impression of a shield or heavy feathery armor. He has tremendous balance, yet I feel unbalanced by the head / body / wing composition of this image. The water has a lovely light and playful feeling which I would expect more from the bird! Hmmm...this image fulfills my expectations...in reverse. |

too tough to dieby zeuszenComment by cgino: This is pretty wonderful, from the colors and textures to the way the feet poke out from the shadow... |

maskby zeuszenComment by hihosilver: Originally posted by zeuszen: Originally posted by hihosilver: As all those stars of the universe gather up on the plateau, is this edge where agony borders ecstasy? I am left unanswered and wondering...Hmmmmmm. |
A placeholder title for now. The front of the boat caught my eye. It evoked a face, agape in the wind and weather (nose > mouth > chin top-to-bottom, the eye set far back). Apparently, I'm the only one who sees such a thing. :) |
Ah yes! I see it! The face! But, somehow the answer you poured in my glass still remains elusive and my glass only half full. I can't escape the impression of the cosmos as the little speckles of stars haunt me almost like a death mask of fabric. Not dead though, but alive. Perhaps, the face gapes open with a universal inhale?
Or perhaps, my absurd brain should stop all this wondering and go fold my laundry now...;-) |
