Very unusual....The sand seems odd, is there water on top? Color seems very odd, no ideas why it is reddish, brown. The grass seems to be on the 1/3 line, but the base of the plant is above the 1/2 line in the other direction (makes it seem to me to be less the subject). 5 Rob the Swash

This does show the entire tree.....but a whole lot of other things too. The white of the house gives a good contrast, but with so many elements in the frame, it detracts from the subject. Focus seems indeterminate, I can't tell what is strongly in focus, very little detail of the tree. 5 Rob the Swash

I agree with John's comments for the most part. Waterfalls do look very cool on longer exposures, but more true to life the way you shot it. (I'm more a true to life sort of guy). Very nice photo (I didn't vote this challenge)

It's a pretty clear photo, I do see the problem here. While this is a fine photo, technically, I'm not quite up to "buying into" this stretch of the challenge topic. Very well taken photo. (the reds might be turned up a touch too much, on my monitor at least) This shot implies sun heavily, but I see no effects of weather, now a sun tanned skin (tan lines in the face or elsewhere) might have been called an effect of weather, this is more like anticipation of weather. 5 Rob the Swash
