| i gave this 10 without second thought, or even one second of thought for that matter. the lighting, the snow falling in front of the lamp, the b&w, the whole feel... everything works so nicely in this photo :) |

| Beautiful shot, it's hard to believe that it is still winter somewhere in the world at this moment. I hope it warms up for you soon! The streaming effect of the snow in the lamp is very effective. I particularly like the way the tree in the foreground on the right and the branch on the left are illuminated and highlighted by the light. |

| I've wanted to get a good night shot myself. You have a nice composition and the lighting is good. An angle that didn't include the building would have been more pleasing if possible. Good work! |

| Very nice picture, however I would have liked to see it cropped a little closer. The lamp is the main subject so cropping a little to the left of it, keeping the areas below and above, but then extending right to include the illuminated portion of the bush. I'd like to see you try that and see what you think. The light source (the lamp) shows the sleet falling which I think is the dramatic part. All the wasted space takes away from the drama. As you can probably tell, I've spent a lot of time on this photo...I really like it. |
