Foundationby MatthewComment: Because of the odd box on the end of each crane head these look like wireframe urban dinosaurs. |

Tediumby EvaanComment: This is an impressively vacant stare; I'm not sure that's generally a good thing, but it earns you points here. |

boredomby ageszComment: The close cropping of this image is what sets it apart from the other 'primates looking bored' images. I find the stray hairs in his eyebrow a bit distracting, particularly since their proximity to the edge of the frame highlights them. I think I see some subtle compression artifacts, particularly around his eyebrow and eyelashes; you may want to check the image compression settings on your camera. |

Yet Some Call It Passionby glodaComment: The odd illumination of the model's eye is a bit distracting, as are the odd time lag artifacts resulting from the long/multiple exposure (model's right hand going through one of the cards, model's eyes oddly askew). I'd say that the theme is a bit closer to tedium than boredom, but still a solid entry. |

Awaiting Rescueby photomayhemComment: This is an amusing image. It's one of the few pictures that's dead-on topic. Still, I'm not sure how well this would work if the viewer isn't familiar with the movie that the image alludes to.
The pigmentation on the model's chest looks overly two-dimensional. The shot is obviously done on a rather low budget, but you seem to make good use of what's there. This is one of the better concepts in the challenge. |

Nighthawkby MatthewComment: What first drew my attention was the blurry bartender. The bar and chairs do form a line which drew my eye toward the guy at the end of the counter, but I'd have rated this higher if I wouldn't have had to look for the bored person. |

The World is A Shoe Rackby JPRComment: I love this picture. Is the whole world awash in shoes, or just that portion of the globe?
