Tete A Tete - Literallyby outlandComment: The lighting is poor, the focus is sharpest where the flash hit the hair rather than on the noses, which is presumably the intended focal point of attention. The angle and framing don't work for me. |

The things girlfriends do....by okiesisiComment: The idea behind this image is interesting, but the execution is missing something. At first I thought there might be some symbolism behind the grouping of items painted on the toes and presence or absence of sandals, but if there's some meaning there I'm missing it. |

Girl Talk by dartompkinsComment: This is a cute picture, but the composition feels better suited for a family album than a photographic competition. If I knew these kids I'd love to have this picture on my desk; but since I don't, there's nothing about either the content or technique that jumps out at me or gives the picture any real significance. |

Friends Through High Tidesby SunnieeComment: Framing this shot so that the girls were closer to the bottom right of the image might have improved the composition. I'd like to see a bit more of what they're looking at, even if it's only more of the ocean. |
