Teachers Anticipationby A WeaverComment: I like this but think it would be better with a slightly different angle. The reflection of her face in the glass is very nice but its impact is lost by the sharp line of the roof outside, so if that were in a different spot in the window (or if she were) the effect would be stronger. |

uncubed...by timmiComment: as a huge Lego fan I have to love this (even though it looks like it's not Lego brand bricks, I'll let that go)! great crop, great colors! |

"See a Penny...Pick it Up"by tfarrell23Comment: I couldn't believe it when I saw a 1909 S in this good condition in this picture. I waited to see your description to find out if it was real. The rarest Lincoln cent there is, and you put it on the ground ... cringe! I kind of disagree with the other comments, though; yes, the cigarette butt and matchstick are unattractive, but that's the point. |

Monumentsby vjozComment: simple and careful composition, well-suited to the subject. would like to see a slightly deeper depth of field (no pun intended) and a low horizon without the hill in the background |

Railway Memorialby timmiComment: I'm not usually crazy about dead-center subjects but the lines of this monument are so strong as to demand it. only wish the trees/sky were more symmetrical and there weren't all those pesky people messing up such a striking picture! (none of which is your fault or affecting my score) |

Two Outs, Bottom of the Ninth by EddyGComment: Outstanding! This has that "wow" factor and is easily one of my favorites this challenge. Using the scoreboard as a backdrop is inspired. |

Lord Wilson of Rievaulxby BobsterLobsterComment: the odd angle adds drama and motion to what would otherwise be a very conventional photo. it's almost like he's about to walk out of the picture, an effect you couldn't have gotten with a centered subject. very nice job. |
