Lonelinessby bmartuchComment: Beautiful work about subtlety, not sure so much sky was needed though. |

on the edge of darknessby shamblesComment: Unfortunately on the edge of sharpness too :)
the focus seems to be on the petal in the back, a pity, the flower stands indeed well out against the dark background. |

Too Close for Comfortby kcmComment: I had already seen tons of pictures of St Marteen, but this one is far more spectacular, excellent technique, timing; the family in the foreground adds much to the usual spotter's shot. |

the shadow puppetby crayonComment: Rather unexpected and daring subject amongst a FS-challenge, I appreciate how a few elements admirably composed are evoking a whole story.
Perfect exposure, emphasizing just what was needed.
Nitpicking though: the crop is a bit tight on left side (I assume it's not actually a crop, but that your lens wasn't wide enough) |

Winter Lightby Len ScapComment: Impressive capture. Under almost impossible conditions, you still find subtlety in the shadows and you preserve the transparency of the mist. Great ! |

Cool Clear......Water....ACW (All Comments Welcome)by Ja-9Comment: Unusual between long exposure and frozen motion, but the result is rather pleasant.
It lacks something though, probably something around or near the waterfall.
As is, there is just water, it's almost documentary.
I see the beautiful contrast with the warm tones of a reflection in the upper left corner, and I wish to see a bit more of that reflection.
Globally a fine work nevertheless |

Cooperation by jeroweComment: It's great! I love their attitudes - and it's a good photography too, excellent b&w with a working centered composition.
I have another, more personal reason to like this image: 20 years ago, I captured this image of my 2 daughters - it wasn't a good photography but as you can see, their attitude was about the same. |

Short Fuse by smokeditorComment: A very talented way to meet the challenge with something else. Actually, this is much better than the 40 real fireworks seen so far. Expression, light, idea...everything's perfect. Fav. |
