I get the composition of the photo. I think it would be greatly enhanced with a bit more depth of field and deepness of color, especially the blue of the sky. Good eye for an interesting shot.

I like the way you have used the rule of thirds to bring the viewer's focus on the surfer and structure at the end of pier. Anyone who has spent time on the beach and in the water during this time of day can feel the peacefulness brought out in your photo. Nice job!

Gorgeous photograph. I like how you used the line up of boats to lead the viewer to the sunrise. The reflection on the water is beautiful dimension of this photo. Everyone's view of the event is different, subjective, but I like to see more deepness in the color, as well as range of color cast from the sun. All in all, great photo!
