Great title. It is rather a surrealistic to believe that space time is rooted in something other than the mind of the observer. Is this a leftover from light on white? Nice straw bending. Very nice colors and composition.

The melon and the helmut are nicely lit and photographed. The frame in the upper left is a major distraction as it the person holding the melon and the helmut. A 4.

I am afraid that many will claim that this is abstract art rather than surreal. Nevertheless, I like the image, and look forward to reading your comments as to how you achieved it. The title seems a little off. An 8.

Somebody's Watching

I take it that that is a projected image or a billboard in the background. The light on the bridge of the nose forms a somewhat strong halo on the sides of the model. The expression on the model's face is perfect. The model is severely underlit in my opinion. One problem is that there is the reflection of a flash on the woman's iris which indicates similar lighting for the model. A 7.

Floating Stairs

I turned up the brightness for someone else's picture. Fortunately, for this picture as well or all I might have see was the sunlight on the tops of each stair. But with the brightness up, it is a nice foto with good compositon. The stairs themeselves are quite wide. While I do not see anything surreal about this photo, I like it and am giving it a 7 which is what I would have given it if I saw it as surreal.

This backpack situation is getting really bad. The model is still a little close to the backdrop. The composition is unusual but it makes its point. It falls short of doing so artisitically in my opinion. A 5.
