A beautiful foto. A little tighter cropping would have helped. Fringe objects create a cluttered appearance that detracts.

Why include so much sky and power or telephone lines? A small corner of blue would have been sufficient for this to be an outstanding picture.

The view from underneath is just not my thing. The sky is too uniform a background and we see the shadowed siide, not the lit side where the details appear.

Yes and park it where the background does not overwhelm the eye. The car photographs well in the shade, I would not change that.

Absolutely not. Recycle those forks. As the fork on its side could not achieve focus, I think it might just as well be removed. Moving the lower fork out of the shade and into a more consistent direction of attack would also please my eye. Beautiful blue for background.
