I disagree with this DQ, as many people have used effect filters before. Take a look at the Impressionism 2 challenge for many images that were not Dq'ed using similar heavy handed PS techniques. I will add though that that challenge was run under different version of the Advanced Editing rules so perhaps this there was some changes. but I am surprised to see this decision.

Hi marion, Can you please shorten the title of your uploads to this side challenge? They mess up the browsing pages because the titles are so long. I think if you just erase the Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_ part from the title it will make the layout work again. :)
