The Rules of Trafficby dsb_macComment: I was going to ask whether this shot was taken in montreal... for some reason I am oddly satisfied by the fact that I was right (the street signs tipped me off).
As for the photo - you might have exposed it fractionally too long..the stars are a little too pronounced, but definately a better than average shot in this challenge. |

Good and Ivoby PedroComment: This is a great work. The contrast between the windswept landscape and the man in corporate attire is particularly effective. Add the child like baloon and the image loses all seriousness but takes on an air of comic social commentary.
Great! Should have done better. |

Stormyby ZoomdakComment: Hehe, you might be overusing the landscape... but this is my favourite of the bunch... nicely done. |

Lonelyby DamianComment: I really like the surreal effect here, it's not often that a centred composition works so well - but you've definately pulled it off. It's a shame the clouds don't extend to cover the top right area as well - that would definitely be the icing on top of this otherwise very good cake.
Well done. |

The Leatherlips Sculptureby xtabintunComment: Well you picked the right time of day - the lighting is really great, and you didn't oversaturate the sky this time. But you really need to get a new subject.

Duneby ImagineerComment: This is an incredible shot - shadows are great and the contrast between the barren dune and wispy clouds makes for terrific viewing. |

Light --- Northern & Houseby kremkexComment: See thats just not fair... not only do you have access to a great lighthouse, but you can see the northern lights - unfair photographic advantage...
Does look a tad over-processed, but no major dramas there. 9. |
