The Doggie Derbyby RalphcoComment: I like that you included the crowd in the background, it gives context to this very nice shot. I'm curious to see how it would look if you moved a bit to the right to include all of the handler(?) in the shot, while still retaining the background of the other obstacles and spectators. |

longboardingby gliphixComment: Great subject and setting. I'm curious where the light is coming from, because her legs are sharp and well-lit but her face seems very much in shadow. Also, I have nothing agains centered composition, but I think with this 'pose' from this angle, a crop that places her to one side might be better suited. |

Man, That’s a Mighty Big Leadby hyperfocalComment: Nice sharp picture. I especially like the player in the background- what is he doing? Blues seem oversaturated, even the metal and nets in the background have taken on a blue tint (at least on my monitor). |

The Balancing Act !by sangeethComment: Great capture of that face! The shallow dof works really well to separate him from the somewhat busy background, and composition is effective. |

I Believe I Can Fly by cools98Comment: Very nice shot. I love the focus, light, lines, and the moment you captured. I can't decide if seeing his face would improve this or not. |

Brain washby malinaComment: Excellent composition and lighting. Could be an advertisement or part of an instruction manual for neti pots. |

The Way to Fremont Islandby dsidwellComment: I'm really drawn into this picture. I'd say the horizon looks crooked but the point of entry for the front two posts is dead on, so this works for me. The lighting is stunning, too. In my top 10. |

White Balance by gsalComment: Great contrast, colors, and composition. This is a stunning shot. I expect to see it in the top 5 if not a ribbon. |

z e nby hannekeComment: Gorgeous shot. I love the simplicity. I can't decide if the break between two background colors adds or takes away from the shot. A solid, continuous background may have been good, instead of the red & green tints present here. That aside, this is one of my ribbon picks. Well done! |
