Certainly a beautiful shot, but a few things jump out at me. The selective desaturation works well for this particular image, but the skins seem to be overly smooth. I think you went a little heavy on the NeatImage. As far as the pose in concerned, the placement of the hands feels a little "forced". The expression is great and the model is certainly beautiful, but the forced placement of the hands takes away from the overall "pensive" feel to her expression.

This seems to be a nude candid. The pose itself is OK, but having the model looking into the camera and smiling really takes away from the image. Maybe if the model were looking toward the lightsource, it would be better.
