I like the use of shadows and the white bed linen to give the impression of early morning. Nice.

an emotional entry, I like it better now while commenting. I think it's because of the dark back and foreground. I think I'd like to see a bit more of the model, the legs and the head are a tad too dark for me.

I like it because it offers a bit of a story to the viewer that we can all relate to.. not like a still life with a body as the subject. Lighting looks like it happened naturally when he sat up.. really dig it.

Good job on the lighting and exposure. I am thinking a little tighter crop may make this image stronger. The negative space top and bottom don't seem to be contributing to the composition in this case.
