I love you mommyby NRRonComment: Nice image of mum and child. A little sharper and this would be an excelent shot. |

Zombieby moviemanComment: Good name for the image. I feel that too much of the shot is out of focus, and this looses the impact for me. |

The Grapevineby soupComment: Nice picture of a leaf. Marvin Gay may have "Heard it through the Grape Vine" but I'm not hearing anything. Too tenuous for me. |

Once Upon A Time... by aerogurlComment: I like the lighting and mood of this shot. Sepia really helps create the atmosphere.
I know your title depicts the beginning of a story, but I wonder whether having few quill marks on the paper would have added to the scene.

Communication towerby MaxxzComment: There is an almost identical shot to this in this weeks Challenge, I prefer yours by a long shot.
It̢۪s the background that does it for me, - it̢۪s great.
Did you explore submitting this off centre, I wondered whether that would provide an extra umph.

Angel of the Northby WarbyComment: Lovely composition, and shooting angle. I think the Angel of the North is a good image to shoot.
The only thing that stopped me giving a very high score is that as a Brit, I have seen this very same image/angle a number of times (Sunday suplement stuff).
But that being said this is a good version, |
