I have never been a fan of soft focus, and I am not even sure this is even a soft focus shot, it almost looks like you did some heavy PP on the skin to make it extra smooth, wich removes all character. Either way, I am sorry but I don´t like the outcome, I am not saying I want all the texture in the skin to remain, but there is a middle way.

Shot is allright but you seem to have some heavy artifact banding in the shot, you might try a little less image compression next time to avoid this since it isn´t neccesary, you can use up to 200kb in your shot.

A bit flat lighting wise, I see by the catchlights in her eyes you used two lights on her from the front, and one of them lighting her from below, lighting from below is very rarely flattering for the model and causes bizzare shadows, like the ones from her hand, the tie and such. I might suggest you take that light and use it to backlight her next time.
