    I lucked on to this sight purely by accident and now I'm addicted. The thought of competitive photograhy never entered my head before but being here I hope will improve my photographic skills. People are certainly quick to offer an opinion here and in the short time I have been here, I have already recieved a lot of helpful advice.

    One year as a financial member. What an amazing twelve months it has been. DPC has given me a wealth of knowledge to use with my photography. This site never fails to amaze me with the talent & imagination shown by everyone here & the challenges take me to places & give me ideas that I might have never otherwise experianced.

    Another year gone & a heap more photographs taken & more accessories bought. Damn, this is addictive! Best of all a 4th place in the Trains & Railroads Challenge. Thanks everyone for showing off your own creativity that is so inspirational to us all.

    5 years with DPC. 63 Challenges under my belt so far. 3 Cameras & a multitude of lenses & other accessories. Thanks Scott SDW for inventing the Free Study Marathon. It got me back out taking photographs for the challenges again after such a quiet year in 2008. So I am back for at least another 12 months.
