I like the way the title / text stands in relation to the reflecting face just above. I can imagine someone walking by, seeing his/her own distorted reflection overlaid by the painted face, and reading the caption. That wall is agressive!
Now, to fit this mood on a graphic level, I think your image needs strong contrast. There's a lot of detail in the wall which you could bring out with levels.

I read The Great Gatzby in class. We had a heated discussion on T.J. Eckleburg. I like your picture, but I think it lacks the controversy and mistery it has in the novel, because it lacks its surrounding and setting of the Valley of Ashes.
