We've Come a Long Wayby RockBruiseComment: The waterfall is the subject here. I'm afraid the old girder bridge is not prominent enough to say much about architecture. But you get a bonus point for not calling it "Water Under the Bridge". 4. |

A Study in Brick and Glassby ArtanComment: Nice perspective & composition to showcase this worthy subject. It seems just a little over-processed to me, but maybe that's needed here for the dramatic effect you have achieved. 7. |

Reachingby jin_tonicComment: This is a terrific photo of a very impressive building. Your composition and point of view are highly sympathetic to the architectural style and "personality" of the subject; you seem to have achieved the maximum visual impact of which this building is capable. This photo would not look out of place on the cover of a fine architecture magazine or book. 9. |

What was onceby BruBComment: It's a visually arresting image, but I think it's more about construction than architecture. Sorry. 4. |

The Sageby AngelisComment: This is a well conceived & executed photo of a very unusual architectural subject. Your capture of the sky in the roof cladding was, I imagine, just what the architect was intending. 7. |

Stairway to Heavenby LevTComment: Great photo but awful title (that's an "in" joke, but you'll figure it out). The building is spectacular and your photo is technically very good, but I think the best thing you did was to stand in EXACTLY the right place for maximum effect. You understood this building as a subject. Well done. 8. |

Classical precedes Contemporaryby RgarciaComment: Especially effective because to me the architectural styles of the two buildings are related. The newer stands on the shoulders of the older, both literally and figuratively. The uncorrected perspective looks right as well here (at least I think it's not been corrected). 7. |

Contrastsby BeetleComment: This is a startling image, for the reason expressed in your title. You chose a very nice point of view; any visible foreground or any excessive visible sky would have detracted from your message here. 7. |
