I like the soft lighting, but for me the photo needs a bit more clarity. I'm not sure whether the subject is reflected in a mirror, or if that's a halo up over the head. Confusing.

I like your idea to go soft, but it's just a tad too blurry for my taste. I Like the lighting on the flower, both the highlights and how it shines through the flower and makes it look sort of luminescent.

I like your idea to do a soft focus, but it's a little bit too blurry for my taste. Not the checkerboard...it looks great, but I would have preferred the pieces have a bit more clarity and definition...especially the ones in the immediate foreground.

Like the line the hand and arm make, and the dark on one side and light on the other. Nice effect. And I like that you can make out the eye on the dark side...that would have been easy to lose. Nice job.
