This is an interesting photo, I can't tell if it is in b&w or color. I think color, but then again,,,,very neat, just one thing, I feel that the clouds on the building at the top are just a little too burned. But still very cool!!

I really like this picture, but I don't think that the grain worked well here, yes, because of it being color. I love the blue sky and water, and to me the sky just isn't very appealing with the noise. The trees are fine, and the cat o nine tails, just, the sky is just a bit distracting with the noise in it. Just a thought...
