The emphasis in this picture is down by the wheel. I think it would have been an excellent photo if the focus was on his face; lighten up his face a little. I think the colors are perfect for this shot. 8

I rated this a four as I do not think it met this challenge. In a different challenge, I would have rated it at least a 6. Adjust the brightness on the right side and brighten up the colors a bit and it would be higher.

I think its cool that the smaller drops look like alien smiley faces. I didn't vote, but I can see why this got so many 10s. Nice job!

I switched monitors before voting on this one as I wanted to verify what I was seeing. I think this is a good shot that could be made better outside of the challenge by fixing the color at the top center of the shot and the ghosts in the bottom towards the left. I want to give it a high score but have to downgrade it a little for not quite meeting the challenge. For the challenge, a 6, outside the challenge, 8, with more editing 9-10.
