The Last of the Mohicansby hahn23Comment: I really like the gradual transition of colour from the fiery reds, to the oranges, then greens, deeper greens... almost rainbow like in its quality. |

sky scrappinby cweaver322Comment: The photo is decent, but there are some obvious improvements that can be made.
First, the date stamp. I dont know why cameras still do this, as it ruins photos. I would turn off the date stamp feature on your camera, and never put it on again. You will always be able to find out when it was taken by looking at the file details, or the EXIF data.
Next, I would play around with the contrast on this shot a bit. As it is now, the b&w conversion leaves it a little flat. Play with different methods of converting to black and white, and you will find a way to make this photo pop.
Even better, keep this photo in your archives. Years from now, when you revisit it with more post-processing skills, you will see what you can get from it. |

You make me sick.... :)
I cannot be more jealous of a 'beginner'. You are truly an artist. Your material oozes originality and style, and I cannot wait to see when you are no longer a 'beginner'. Message edited by author 2011-04-30 00:10:56. |
