Rainbow at the Dettifoss Waterfallby SandymayaComment: looks like you might be having some resizing/compression issues
just looked at your portfolio and I have no idea what is going on as it seems you know what you are doing Message edited by author 2010-05-27 17:17:46. |

Scarby suebg1Comment: Very nice capture. I especially like the (apparent) wind effect. The b&w works well. |

Shroudby RKTComment: Very nice RKT. Surprisingly I don't think I've ever noticed this beautiful aspect of this stage of a hibiscus bloom (with the center popping out the top - although no doubt the type of flower/length of stigma makes a difference to this final moment). Very well captured/'studied', including the b&w, and a perfect title. |

Bluesby bvyComment: 7 - I like the face and I like your title, wish the crop brought it out more. Up to 7 from 6, I do like this. |

Cheetahby sfmorrisComment: 5 - Personal preference, I prefer not to look at a tragically sad looking, obvious zoo animal as art (hard to find the right words here), despite that - the feel and capture does first say to me 'zoo shot' - which it shouldn't, unless this was your intent (apologies in advance if so). Having said that, I too have taken zoo shots and tried to 'artify' them... Maybe it makes a difference if you can't obviously tell they're in a cage - unless, as intonated above, that is your intent. |

Rubber Duckyby LydiaComment: 2 - I guess I've seen too many duckies to be moved by this. |
