I will agree with you that having a baby in the house is an amazing time. The focus on this shot is a little soft. I would like to see the focus on the eyes to be cris. Also, this shot doesn't quite capture the challenge, IMO.

This is a nice enough photo with good composition. It misses the mark for me on meeting the challenge. I'm probably being thick about my interpretation of the challenge and how this photo relates.
