Having taken 'dice in motion' shots before, I know how challenging it is to get them captured. This is nicely done - would have liked to see a little sharper focus, but then again, tough shot.

Good use of 'rule of thirds' and filling the frame with your subject. The color is good but the subject isn't that interesting. The light from the flame overwhelms the photo leaving very little detail anywhere else.

I feel there is too much going on here - too many things to distract the eye. I feel like I'm looking at one of the books by Grame Base where you try and find the hidden objects throughout.

The match is not well enough lit to really make it show up - I'm guessing the metering of your camera exposed for the flames, making the match area so dark. The composition is also neither centered nor follows the "rule of thirds". Either even spacing top to bottom or a different crop (a square crop would have been great here) would make the image feel more complete.
