Roz, of all the photographers on 'slice of life' I spend most time on yours...peering into them, and looking at each individual overlay and composite, working out what goes into each to make the final Gestalt. I feel as if you've almost conveyed to us Kaitee's and Ali's personalities in some of your photos. I mostly love the shot of Kaitee chasing the calf.....totally oblivious of the discrepancy of size.....a little dog with big heart.

That, to me, really is a slice of life. I also kinda like that.....that this guy from nearby has a talent, and just sort of pops in now and again, to make music on the piano you have there, and attracts an attentive fan in her. I like photos that tell a story.

5-july 08 overlays. strathfield car radio

There is just so much to see in your overlays, Roz, I love them. I sit and pore over them, and try to analyse the individual components, and look at your workflow diagrams. I'm not nearly as skilled on those technical aspects, but trying to learn from you experienced photographers. Who would ever have thought, that Strathfield Car Radio could be made to be so interesting.
I must also just take the chance to thank you, for your ever-present comments....filled with kindness and enthusiasm, and making this 'side challenge' a very rewarding experience for me.

Oh how lovely......new kittens. What a slice of life, for all of us to be part of. Right now, as I type, my 3 yr old is on my lap, and asking me " Why is she fat? I wonder why there's baby kitties in her tummy?" She'd love to see any photos of the kittens, once all has settled down there.

This is lovely...emotive, and expressive........Katee's glee is there, for all to see........, with Sasha, bringing up the rear. The composite photo, which you've done with overlay techniques, is just so clever, I really must learn how. I've looked at your workflow, and while I have a vague idea of what youre doing, the finer points escape me........but that's why I'm here, to learn from you gurus.
