	Japanese Fishing Boat At Sunset by Someamateur Comment: Nice photo but the rules state: 'Here's the catch: the subject must not become a silhouette because of the backlighting.' The boat is too much into silhouette.

If the hawk is the subject, you are not using backlighting to enhance it. To my mind, the light is the subject of this photo.
