I like it alot!

On the critique side, perhaps some hot spots on her face from the bright sunlight, but my favorite part of the image is the colour and composition. I can imagine this image with a diffused light over the model from the same angle as the position of the sun!

Good balance and detail in the hair, as caused by the depth of field.

This would be interesting to see with some additional lighting on the front of the hands, perhaps from below, to help highlight the skin textures?
