nice composition and tones in the rocks. My only complaints would be that the sky looks very noisy (probably due to haze also) and the horizon is tilted. Rotate 0.5deg CW. Was the sky sharpened with the rest of the photo? If so, try using a mask for your sharpening layer and not sharpen the sky.

too dark imho. The only contrast is global, between the sky and the rest of the photo (with the exception of the distracting bush on the bottom). With expert editing, you could have gotten a lot more contrast in the foreground with the bridge itself.
