i really like the glowing yellow set on a dark background, usually with a tint of green. you have done that well, it does appear that you have a bit of halo around the stem where you dodged that area, I'm also not too crazy about the competing yellow area in the LL corner. personally i think this would be better without the bee, but maybe not, i imagine you tried a variation of this with out it and chose this one. i'm sure you'll get a few comments about the border too, but i like it.

really like the short focal length, the colors are vibrant, the tradition 1/3 positioning of subjects are nice, I do find the spacing between the barn and the farmer a bit much, and ideally the farmer's head would not overlie the horizon. perhaps a bit lower pov would have helped too

very nice colors and lighting with the yellow and complementary blues, i like the boat's diagonals pointing into the picture, the strong horizontal and vertical lines tend to cause some "hard" stops that make it a challenge to move from one area to another. the large negative space in the lower r corner is not very exciting, looks like a beautiful place
